• Integration credentials and tokens for connected services

We do not use your data to train AI models. Your conversations and personal information are never used as training data.

Aivo integrates with the following third-party services to deliver functionality:

• OpenAI — processes your messages to generate AI responses. Messages are sent to OpenAI's API but are not used to train their models per our data processing agreement.
• Clerk — handles authentication and user management. Stores your email and authentication credentials.
• Composio — manages third-party integrations (calendar, email, etc.). Stores OAuth tokens for your connected services.
• Stripe — processes payments. We do not store your payment card details; Stripe handles all payment data securely.

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies.

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption (AES-256 and TLS 1.2+). Data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure. We implement organizational and technical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days. Conversation history can be deleted at any time from your dashboard. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell your data)

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

Aivo is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
