By accessing or using Aivo ("the Service"), operated at meetaivo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Aivo integrates with third-party services on your behalf. You agree not to abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service or connected APIs. We may impose rate limits or usage quotas at our discretion. Automated access to the Service must comply with our published guidelines. Abuse of API access may result in temporary or permanent suspension.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Aivo processes your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is transmitted to third-party AI providers to fulfill your requests, subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Aivo. You retain all rights to content you create or upload through the Service. You grant Aivo a limited license to process your content solely to operate the Service. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Aivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. AI-generated responses may contain errors; you are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
